When Do I Need Roofing Repairs?

If your roof is 10 years or older, you might be needing a Roof Tune Up. A consultant will provide you with more information and pricing during your free inspection.

1. Hail Damage. If a hail storm passes through and damages your cars or windows, it most likely caused roof damage as well. Affected shingles will shed the granules when impacted by hail or high winds. The easiest place to spot these will be when water flushes the granules out of your downspouts.

2. Spots on Walls and Ceiling. Spots on your walls and ceiling can be signs of roof leaks. With an inspection, we can identify the source of the leak(s), and prevent further damage to the interior.

3. Missing Shingles. Weather damage and wear over time can cause shingles to begin failing. Let us know if you notice broken or missing shingles.

4. Tree Damage. Falling tree limbs can be very hazardous to your family and home. Once you notice any debris on the roof or in the gutters, we can inspect them and assess the extent of the damages.
